BIRD Foundation: Funding U.S.-Israeli Innovation

The Pennsylvania Department of Commerce & Economic Development is pleased to partner with the Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce, the PICC Foundation and the BIRD Foundation to present a webinar on "Accelerating Growth through Strategic Partnerships":

The U.S.-Israel Binational Industrial Research and Development (BIRD) Foundation helps U.S. companies accelerate product or service development by funding joint R&D with Israeli partners. 

BIRD awards 25 U.S.-Israeli joint development projects annually, covering up to 50% of development costs and up to $1 million per project. The grant's scope extends across multiple industries: Agriculture, Communications, Construction, Technologies, Electronics, Electro-optics, Life Sciences, Software, Homeland Security, Renewable and Alternative Energy and other technology sectors.
